So last night I had so much fun...I feel the need to share with you all...
After work I went to sleep over at Courtney's with Lyssa...and they really wanted Taco Bell, so right when I walked in the door...we walked out to go to get food. When we got back, I stole Lyssa's taco to have a bite and the entire thing fell on the ground. haha sorry Lys, I owe you a taco. Then for like 2 hours we watch old dances from So You Think You Can Dance. OMG, the Tranji dance...I think I laughed for like a half an hour.
The next part of the night was the funnest...and I have no idea how it all started. I think it was when I mentioned the music videos we make at the end of the year in TV Production, because we made the most elaborate, weird, random, (insert adjective here) idea in the world, and it was soo much fun to think up. It gonna be like this kid getting chased by a giant panda. haha...I'm so excited!!! It's gonna be to that deceptacon song...and we need a lot of people, so let me know if you want to be in it. hehe!

Soooooooooo....today was the first day of Junior year. Woot woot (not really)...
I woke up at 5 this morning to get ready...I know, that's way too early. Definitely won't be waking up that early again. At 6:30 I went to the Schwam's house to take our yearly first day of school picture that we have been taking since 1st grade (isn't that so cute!). Then I picked up maggie at around 6:45, went to the skate park, got there really freaking early, so we were just walking around the school for a while which I HATE doing....i forgot how much i hate getting crammed by people at 7 o clock in the morning.
Advisory was fun...got to see claire and maggie..and we sat on the ground and sang Rent and i said the pledge in my funky way just like it was last year. Honestly, we almost walked to American Studies afterwards..it felt like last year never ended.
1st period English with Darrow...wasn't bad. I was soo nervous cuz you know... Deathrow Darrow is supposed to be impossible...but I have a good class, and I throught Darrow was hilarious and crazy. So I think it's gonna be ok.
2nd period chorus...just reminded me how much I don't like Neuqua chorus. I just want to go to Europe..honestly! Good thing I have a good class.
4th period math...is gonna suck. I walked in late and only knew two people in the class..but there was one desk left so I couldn't even sit by them. So I'm stuck next to this annoying sophomore girl who kept bugging me. And math sucks even without the crappy class factor.
5th period lunch....is gonna be the best part of my day!!! I know A TON..(let me say it again just for emphasis) A TON of people. I'm not gonna list everyone cuz I know I'll forget someone cuz there are so many people..but let me just say I won't have a problem finding someone to sit by.
6th period physics...morgan and lyssa are in that class with me. Our teacher is pretty dull, but I have a feeling we'll make that class fun. Today we just made fun of ourselves at how bad at science we were and watched the people fall asleep...yep that's how dull the teacher is..the first day and already people are falling asleep
7th period TV Production....I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT!! Just ask Lyssa...I was practically on the edge of my seat even though we didn't do anything today. Even though I have a bunch of stoner looking sophomores in that class...I'M SO EXCITED!
8th period Spanish...kinda freaked me out when the teacher just started talking in spanish and I was like...oh shit. It's gonna be an interesting class, i don't really know what he said today...so we'll just see..that's all i can say.
9th period gym...once again...I know so many people in that class. It's gonna be so fun..gym is the best class to have a lot of friends in. I think we're all gonna try to sign up for jazz/tap...haha that will be interesting. And while we were just sitting around Steff mentioned coffee and i started going crazy and got soo hyper and was cravying coffee....soo....
After school....me and maggie ran through the COLD ASS RAIN to my car and then went to Caribou...yum...caramel cooler. Even though I was freezing, I had a craving.
so..now i have to start my homework...which i actually have a lot of. Other than that...I'm pretty optomistic about this year. i really only have one class i don't know anyone. Woot Woot!

so you think you can dance was soooo depressing tonight i don't know if I'll be able to survive. haha. But yeah, Allison was my absolute favorite and i thought she was going to win! How could she be gone.
oh and by the by Maggie...did you see Travis crying....so gay!
So..me and Courtney just got back from stalking people. haha. It was fun..we got Oberweis and then followed people around the neighborhood seeing if they would notice us. We followed this one car for 16 blocks! 16 baby!!! So yeah...it was super fun. |

I love days like today. I just had a complete Lauren day...and it was awesome. A Lauren day is a day where I sit in my house looking like crap and do something only I would conjure up to do. So today...I hung around in my new fleece, extremely awesome blanket and watched Titanic. OH! And I almost cried...you know when the lady is reading her two kids to sleep right before they die...yeah definetly teared up. I'm so proud. haha. Well, now I'm gonna go continue my Lauren day by either watching something with Johnny Depp or Brokeback Mountain. I haven't really decided. |

Well y'all, I just found out a couple of hours ago that I'm going to Michigan this weekend to visit relatives and crap for father's day. I don't know if this is a good thing or not yet. For one thing, I'll get to see some of my awesome cousins...but this side of the family also has some not so awesome cousins. Let me just say, this should be interesting. oh MY God! Anyone who knows me but AT ALL will be so proud with what I am about to say.......I actually cried in a movie! Like real tears dripping down my face. I didn't have to force it, and I didn't just tear up, I actually cried! Good Will Hunting...is soo sad!
And for those of you who don't know why this is such a big deal...I can't cry in movies. I don't know why. It's like some mental block and I just can't do it, even though I try. So yes, a am proud. hehe |

Happy birthday yesterday Steff....and omg was it the funnest night ever.
So, hanging out at Steff's watch the Tony's and playing apples to apples was a ton of fun....especially when that coffee vibrator thingy exploded..and when I mean exploded, I don't mean just broke, I mean exploded and pieces flew in all differnt directions..Caitlin jumped for dear life.......funniest moment of the summer.
Then me and Court slept over, I got in trouble for breaking curfew (whoops!), then we watched Scrubs until 8 in the morning. Seriously. At 5 when Mr. Cabellero woke up we faked asleep...Courtney's really bad at it, she had her eyes open. I was trying really hard not to laugh. haha. Then we just kept watching Scrubs. Finally at 8 in the morning, we decided to sleep. I had to leave at like 12, so I got myself 4 hours of sleep. and omg, I watched waaaay to much Scrubs, I had dreams last night in Dr. Cox's ranting voice. haha.
I think the most pathetic thing though is....I'm watching Scrubs right now. |

So far....summer has been awesome. To quote Office Space...I have done nothing and it was everything I thought it could be. Let's see...so far in the 4 days of summer...I've slept in till noon 3 days, watched 8 movies, eaten more food than is possible to consume, and its been awesome.

So today...I've had the most annoying cold. I'm all clogged, especially my ears, which sucks, and i sound like a frog in my head. And then, someone said to me today, that I'm always sick. And I thought, I am always sick. If i'm not dieing of allergies I always have a cold. What's with that?!?! Last year I was never sick, it's always Courtney who's sick. haha. whatever, hopefully it will go away pretty soon.
Also, today I saw High School Musical for the first time. Loved it!! I want to marry that Troy, he's soooo cute! That brother guy with the funky hats made me laugh too...hehe me and Amy we cracking up the whole time. The best part though was when Amy had to leave to go get a fish filter (don't ask) and I just sat in her house and watched High School Musical. You know you're good friends with a family when you hang out at their house without them. haha
Oh, and by the by, I've been trying to comment on all of your journals, but my stupid computer won't let me...it's driving me crazy! So consider yourselves all commented on, cuz I would if I could. |
